Chris Valenti

Chris Valenti has over 20 years of experience providing financial advisory services to individuals and companies across a range of industries. His work has focused on capital sourcing, M&A execution, debt restructuring, and operational improvement, helping companies access institutional funding and navigate strategic growth.

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Valenti has served in executive leadership roles (CEO, COO, CCO) for private equity–backed portfolio companies, where he led financial and engineering oversight for oilfield infrastructure businesses. During this time, he successfully sourced and secured capital commitments between $100 million and $300 million for three separate management teams to acquire, build, and operate midstream assets and oilfield services platforms—including water, waste management, and logistics infrastructure.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Valenti worked as a merchant banker, advising oil producers and engineering firms on capital formation, acquisitions, and business development strategy. He is a former licensed investment banking principal, specializing in institutional financing and M&A transactions for energy, mining, and engineering services firms, with a strong emphasis on upstream oil and gas and infrastructure development.

Mr. Valenti began his career as an engineering consultant, designing and optimizing municipal and private water and wastewater treatment systems. He holds a BA in English Literature and an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.
